We currently provide services across Heidelberg West and surrounding areas in Melbourne, Australia. Feel free to contact us to confirm availability in your specific location.
Are you NDIS registered?
HumbleHelp is an unregistered NDIS provider.
As such, we comply with all basic NDIS quality and safety requirements, including NDIS Worker Screening (if applicable) and holding all necessary insurances.
We are able to support participants with self-managed or plan-managed plans.
We currently cannot provide support to participants with NDIA-managed plans. If a participant with an NDIA-managed plan wishes to use HumbleHelp, they must choose to fund our support through alternate sources, such as private funding, as NDIS funds cannot be paid directly to unregistered providers.
What qualifications do your support workers have?
Our support workers hold relevant qualifications including First Aid, CPR, and have completed NDIS Worker Screening Checks.
What are your service hours?
We offer flexible scheduling including weekdays, weekends, and evenings to suit your needs. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
